    • Reviews and Opinions: User reviews and ratings provided about the services they received.
    • Messages: Feedback and complaints sent by users through (Contact Us) and any messages users send to our dedicated email.

    • Analytical Data: Such as device type, operating system, IP address, app usage data, and referred sites.
    • Cookies: We use cookies to enhance user experience and analyze app usage.
B. Information We Collect from Service Providers
  1. Personal Information:
    • Registration and Account Creation: When service providers register, we require information such as name, Qatari mobile number, email, salon address or service location, and password stored encrypted for confidentiality, along with any additional contact information.

14. Payments

A. Payment Terms and Refund Policies
  1. Payment Methods:
    • Credit Cards: Such as Visa and MasterCard.
    • Bank Cards (Direct Payment).
    • Apple Pay: For Apple devices only.
  2. No In-App Payments for Users:
    • No payments are processed by users within the app.
    • Payments are made directly to the service provider after completing the service at the service location (salon or user’s home) using available payment methods outside the app such as cash, bank cards, or Apple Pay for Apple devices.
  3. Refund Policy:
    • Refund processes are subject to cancellation procedures and policies specific to each service provider.
    • Funds are refunded according to the cancellation and refund policies of each service provider.
    • "Zahia" is not responsible for any disputes related to cancellation or refunds and must be resolved directly between the user and the service provider.
  4. Payment Security:
    • Users: We are committed to protecting users' booking and transaction information through best security practices, despite not processing payments within the app.
    • Service Providers:
      • Payment Information: When using payment services, we may collect information related to your credit card details or bank account information.
      • Payment Protection: We protect your payment information using encryption, do not store sensitive data on our servers, and work with trusted payment services. We rely on two-factor authentication systems and continuous monitoring to detect any suspicious activity and protect your financial data.

15. Content Moderation

A. Company's Right to Monitor Content and Remove Inappropriate Content

    • "Zahia" reserves the right to monitor all content posted on the app, whether by users or service providers.
  2. Removal of Inappropriate Content:

  4. Non-responsibility:
    • "Zahia" is not responsible for any content posted by users or service providers and bears no legal liability for such content.

16. Consent

By agreeing to register with us, you implicitly agree to the app’s terms and conditions and privacy policy and not to violate them.

17. Indemnification

Users and service providers agree to indemnify "Zahia" and the owning company for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their violation or breach of these terms or their illegal use of the app.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any disputes arising from these terms and conditions.
